1. VOLUNTEER WORK AT SPORTING EVENTS

In the past few years, Dr. Millar was a chiropractic volunteer at a variety of sporting events. These included the Olympic Games in Sydney, 2000; the Pan American Games in Winnipeg, 1999; the World Figure Skating Championships in Vancouver, 2001; the Canada Summer Games in London, 2001; and the Ontario Games, both summer and winter. In addition, Dr. Millar has treated members of the Canadian National Rowing Team, as well as volunteering at competitions for Women's Hockey, Figure Skating, Synchronized Skating, Squash, Triathalons, Marathons, Swimming and Diving.

In 2003, Dr. Millar was a chiropractic volunteer at the following sporting events:
